BRIEF DESCRIPTION
To maintain and carry out administrative policy direction and to manage the admin services functions that the overall company’s objectives are achieved.
Responsibilities include:
  • Ensure that company properties are well maintained and approved requests by tenants are attended to in a professional and timely manner.
  • Source and recommend the engagement of contractors and service providers that the company should engage for works attendances or the provision of any service or supply of goods, material or equipment.
  • Verify suppliers & service provider’s invoices, initiate payment vouchers and ensure that the payment is made out from the correct cost centre of the Admin Services Budget.
  • Meet with and take instructions from in-house clients to ensure that the services they require are rendered effectively and promptly. These may include accommodation, housing maintenance, office furniture requirements, motor vehicle requirement, stationary needs and transport requirement.
  • Carry out other duties as directed by the Admin Services Manager through the Admin Services Officer
ELIGIBILITY
  • A Grade 10 leaver or PET certificate in carpentry/plumbing
  • 1 -2 years of experience in the Administrative operations
Assets management and cost control would be an advantage
