Job Description

Exciting Career Opportunity with the newly established (100% locally owned) company, Zavath Seafoods Limited. We are looking for an experienced and qualified Head chef to organize the kitchen setup and activities. You will be the first in command and will help facilitate and create seafood menus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Construct menus with new or exciting culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
  • Plan and set up equipment according to the menus
  • Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standard
  • Oversee the work of subordinates

Job Requirements

  1. Proven experience as Head Chef
  2. Have a culinary certificate (degree is a bonus) or related certificate
  3. A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an executive kitchen position
  4. Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  5. Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
  6. Remuneration package (negotiable)
